The author, who penned the books on which the series is based, will be visiting a number of locations across the world over the next few months for readings of his famed novels. These events will begin prior to production for the show's fourth season and will continue through the summer. Check out the full list of tour stops:

Will Netflix Release The Entire 4th Season Of 'Longmire' On One Day? 

Johnson will be joined by television stars Robert Taylor (Walt) and Lou Diamond Phillips (Henry) for the Tucson Book Festival, as well as for the Longmire Days event which will close out the 2015 tour.

The television series, which received the axe from A&E following its third season in 2014, will make its Netflix debut this year. Production is set to begin in March.

Longmire will likely return for a fourth season on Netflix during the later half of 2015.
