Naya Rivera Pregnant: ‘Glee’ Actress Praised By Co-Star, Says She’ll be A ‘Great Mom’ To Child With Ryan Dorsey [VIDEO]
Glee actress Naya Rivera has only recently announced that she will be a mom, but there's no question in her co-star's mind that she will be an amazing mother.
Jenna Ushkowitz, who co-starred with Rivera on Glee for six years, spoke to E! News on the red carpet at the Kindred: The Foundation for Adoption Fundraiser in Los Angeles on March 3, and revealed that not only did Rivera want to be a mom for a while, but that she would be a good mother as well.
"I found out through her Instagram and I texted her, and I said, 'Oh my goodness, what's going on?" she said. "I know she wanted one for a long time and she just got married."
"I wish her the best" she added. "And she's going to be a great mom."
Rivera and Dorsey quietly wed back in August , and announced via Rivera's Instagram on February 24, with an adorable announcement via a photo of a loaf of bread baking in an oven with the words, "Bun in the oven!" printed across it.
The announcement cause many to suspect it was planned so as to overshadow the release of Rivera's ex, Big Sean's new album, which dropped that day, but Dorsey took to his Twitter Account to reveal the couple hadn't intended on sharing the news as soon as they did, but chose to reveal it after they were told by OK Magazine that the news was going to break that day.
