It's no secret Tina Campbell has had her share of turmoil play out on in front of WeTV's Mary Mary cameras. Now she has opened up about going through affair drama with her husband Teddy for millions to see.

She and her sister Erica Campbell spoke with WLIB recently and dished on what it's like to have their life crisis air out on reality television.

Viewers know that Tina is very outspoken on the show, especially when it came to expressing her hurt and anger over Teddy's transgressions. She made it clear it's not just for the cameras.

"I like being me I'm better at."

As far as her outbursts on the show, Tina said those were very real as well. In the season opener she destroyed her husband's car because she thought he might have been driving other women around in it.

But she made it clear that she has changed.

"My situation was busted, every other week I finding about someone else - that was devastating. I can sit here and smile because I just want to be happy because it's a choice. I did mad, I did frustrated, I did angry, I did bitter, I did crazy, I did violent, I did all of that, and I remained miserable. But when I turned to God and made a conscious effort to pursue forgiving and letting go, that's where I found my hope."
