Bollywood Life shared the details on Friday, mentioning that the actress does not think that her career should change in any way if she ever decides to get married. As constant rumors go around on her potential love life with actor Ranbir Kapoor, Kaif made it clear that there are a number of other stars who focus on marriage and careers.

"Actresses like Madhuri [Dixit] and Sridevi have worked till the time they've wanted to," Kaif said. "I think what happens with most women...it's law of nature...if they choose to get married and if they choose to have a family...and that will take her away from work for that particular time. Otherwise, I think women work as long as they choose to."

The brunette beauty also mentioned that it's up to the individual to decide how much effort he or she is willing to put into a work life as well as a personal life.

"Kajol is doing great work till today, Aishwarya [Rai] has started doing some amazing work now," Kaif said. "It's up to the individual...how much he or she is interested in pursuing and developing art."

As of now, Kaif and Kapoor don't appear to be engaged, but perhaps that could change sometime in the not so distant future.
