"Perseverance, courage, determination, love, lots of sexy, steamy scenes," she teased of the CBS mini-series.

She believes "people will really love it."

Lopez and de Pablo then discussed her character Shirah.

"She's called the Witch of Moab," the 35-year-old actress revealed, adding, "I think she's a good witch."

She also shared that she isn't doing any stunt work in the mini-series like she has previously done on NCIS.

"You know, in this particular story I am not doing stunts, which is very good. I'm actually exercising my emotions, which is really fun," de Pablo said.

She chatted about the "very, very long wigs" she got to wear as Shirah and showed that the hair comes down to near her hips.

She also talked about the attire, which she described as "Roman clothing," while further explaining, "long gowns, layers, and I get to cover my head with these beautiful shawls."

De Pablo noted Shirah is "very different" from her character Ziva on NCIS, yet they both share some qualities too such as being outspoken.

Lopez asked the actress why she left NCIS, which prompted her to share, "I had to take care of some things that I thought were a priority; family and life in general.

"The great thing is they never killed her so you never know what can happen, which is beautiful," she stated.

The Dovekeepers premieres on March 31 at 9 p.m. ET and concludes on April 1 with each installment running for two hours.
