It looks as though the next several weeks are going to be quite busy for Ciara. The chart topper will be on a major media blitz supporting her new album, Jackie, and going on tour, starting May 4.

Ciara Bashes Ex-Fiance Future In Latest Song 'I Bet'

According to Billboard last week, Ciara's latest studio offering - which was named after her mother - drops on May 3 while she kicks off her long-awaited tour in Chicago May 3. She will be hitting several cities across the country, including New York, Boston, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas and San Diego, before wrapping up her tour in San Francisco on May 31.

Just last month, producer Jermaine Dupri accused Ciara and her team of possibly lifting chords from Usher's hit U Got It Bad with her latest single, I Bet.

Ciara Hangs Out With Fans After Disastrous New Zealand

According to MTV News, Dupri recently opened up about the music industry's latest song infringement ordeal in an interview and used Ciara's latest song as an example.

He said, "Ciara's new single is a complete rip-off of Usher's 'U Got It Bad.' I'm clear on what I made and I'm clear on how music influences people and I'm clear on chord changes and how people move things," Dupri said. "It might not be as evident as the 'Blurred Lines' situation, but I believe the same thing happened to me."

So far, Ciara has stayed quiet on the allegations, nor has her legal team made any public comments as well.
