If fans (and the cast) have a say, The CW's Hart of Dixie will indeed be back for season five after it was rumored it would be taken off the air.

'Hart Of Dixie' Stars Still Don't Know If Shoe Is Cancelled 'I Wish They Would Let Us Know'

The future of the show was unsure not only for viewers but for its stars who were uncertain if they would be returning. But it looks like there is still hope for fans and everyone who is a part of the hit series.

For starters, E! News has hosted a "Save One Show 2015" special in which fans can vote on a show facing cancellation to be saved. Good news for fans is that it made it to the finals! It's now between Hart of Dixie and Agents Carter, a spinoff of Agent of Shield.

While Hart of Dixie is behind, it's right on Agent Carter's tail. Currently it's at 51.6% of the votes while Hart of Dixie is at 48.4%.

The cast of The CW series has also been plighting for the show's return through "Save One Show 2015"

Just this past Monday, Hart of Dixie was leading by a longshot. Jaime King, who plays southern belle Lemon Breeland, took to her Instagram to encourage fans to vote.

She shared a snapshot of the then results and added the caption, "You guys just FILL my heart with LOVE!!! I cannot believe out of all these shows that you have voted us into the lead! You are amazing and we just love and adore you. #FanPower"

Scott Porter (who plays lawyer George Tucker) has also been pretty vocal about fans saving the show.

Voting closes tonight (April 8) at 8/7c.
