The series finale of Justified will air on Tuesday, April 14, but the creator Graham Yost is not making viewers wait entirely for next week to roll around to get some insight on how things will end for the southern crime drama.

On Wednesday, Yahoo! TV published its interview with Yost, discussing the latest episode Collateral that aired this Tuesday, which led to him hinting and teasing things about the finale.

In this episode a lot went down, including Boyd (Walton Goggins) putting a couple of slugs into Constable Bob (Patton Oswalt) and surviving Zachariah's (Jeff Fahey) explosive suicide and his running into Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) as they both searched for Ava (Joelle Carter). She wound up getting snatched by dirty cops working for Markham (Sam Elliott).

Yost shared, "there is a real question whether or not Raylan will kill Boyd, and he certainly has good reason to," when it comes to the finale.

The creator also dished that Ava is a main focus "of the show for the last three episodes," which has proven to be true in the last two so far so it seems like the finale will also be Ava-centric.

During the latest episode, viewers of Justified actually saw Ava make a call to someone, but Yost isn't revealing whom that someone is.

"You're not supposed to know who she's calling," he said, adding that in the finale the viewers will kind of find out who she was calling.

"It will always remain somewhat of a mystery, but I think the audience will understand what happened," he further explained.

Yost also revealed that the finale holds "an echo of Zachariah."

Justified will air its finale episode on April 14 on FX at 10 p.m. ET.
