Cyrus plays Missi, a fast-talking love interest for the character of Jake, played by Angus T. Jones, but things get troublesome when she also feels a connection with Ashton Kutcher's character.

Cyrus explained her take on the role during a recent interview with Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show."

"I play someone who can't shut up, [and] I had to do a lot of character building," Cyrus joked. "I had to go deep on that."

"Two and a Half Men" executive producer Jim Patterson dished about Cyrus' guest role in September, just before the show's tenth season began. Patterson said the crew was excited about Miley's performance, and producers are hopeful that her connection with younger viewers will pull in a new audience and grow ratings for the show.

"We were so excited to get Miley. If it works out, it's going to be great. She's on for two episodes right now and if things turn out well and she has fun, we'd love to have her back. ... We think it's going to be a great dynamic," Patterson said. "She'll play a romantic interest for Jake, and he's never really had that. This is going to be his first real relationship kind of thing. He's no longer the half man on the show. He's in the Army, gonna have a girlfriend, experience love and heartbreak and all that kind of stuff."
