Former pro wrestler Hulk Hogan filed two lawsuits on Monday over a sex tape of him which was recorded without his knowledge and later posted on a website.

In one lawsuit, Hogan is seeking $100 million in damages from Gawker, the website that posted a one-minute portion of the footage on Oct.4. In the second filing, Hogan is suing his best friend Bubba the Love Sponge and his ex-wife Heather Clem for recording the dirty deed without his knowledge. The reality star is also seeking the rights to the video in both lawsuits.

"Mr. Hogan had a reasonable expectation of his privacy, just as all Americans have a reasonable expectation of their privacy in their bedrooms," his attorney Charles Harder said.

In the suit filed against Heather Clem, Hogan claimed the video caused "severe and irreparable injury which cannot be adequately compensated by monetary damages."

Hogan admitted that sex with Clem was consensual and that the incident happened six years ago in his best friend's house when he was still married to Linda Hogan. Hulk and Linda have since divorced.

Clem's attorney, Stephen Diaco has responded to the lawsuit. "My hope is that these two can preserve their friendship," Diaco told the Associated Press. "I can't comment on the suit. This has caused harm to Bubba and he didn't release it, he didn't condone the release of it. He wants to find out who did that and he wants that person to be held accountable."

The sex tape leak scandal emerged when Gawker.com obtained the 30-minute, 17-second long video and posted it on their website on Oct. 4. However, Bubba doesn't seem to mind that Hogan and his ex were together. Bubba is allegedly the one chatting with them before the pair gets down and dirty.

TMZ has seen the footage in its entirety and reported that after the pair did the deed, when Hogan left the room, Bubba entered and said to Clem, "If we ever did want to retire, all we'd have to do is use this footage."

The footage is still posted on the New York-based media company's website and has been viewed over 3 million times since it was posted less than two weeks ago.
