In the latest news, Brown's mother, Whitney Houston's, side of the family has shut down all claims that she is "awake."

They told TMZ Monday that Brown's father, Bobby Brown, had no idea what he was talking about when he made an announcement that was "awake" and "watching" him over the weekend.

Bobby's sister, Tina Brown, even went on Facebook and confirmed Bobby's news. In a post that has since been deleted, Tina said, "[Bobbi] woke up and is no longer on life support," which the Houstons also dubbed as also false information.

What the Houstons did say is that, "[Bobbi Kristina's] in the exact same condition she was in when she went into the facility." They added that it's only a "minimal" reaction that she's having and might blink her eyes every now and then. She's also still using a ventilator to help her breathe, according to the Houston clan.

Bobby's lawyer, Christopher Brown, did speak out and clarify Bobby's statement that he made regarding his daughter's condition earlier this week.

"He is encouraged by the steps that Bobbi Kristina has made since her hospitalization. She has made it out of ICU, opened her eyes and started a rehabilitation that will be long and hard...Doctors have indicated that she will have a long life. However, Bobbi Kristina is presently embarking on a rehabilitation process and the quality of her life will not be known for years to come."Bobby also thanked fans for their prayers and said, "God is hearing our prayers."

Bobbi Kristina has been in a medically induced coma for nearly three months. She was found unconscious in her bathtub in her Atlanta home on Jan. 31. Her longtime boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is currently in rehab after his struggle with drugs and alcohol.
