Now that the Full House revival series is an actual thing after months of speculation, fans are hoping that the show won't disappoint--and will give them the things they hope for when it comes to their favorite characters lives 20 years in the future.

'Fuller House' Confirmed

When fans last saw the members of the rather large Tanner Family, Michelle (Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen) has recovered from amnesia after falling off a horse, and D.J. (Candace Cameron Bure) was headed off to her senior prom with none other than her previous long-term boyfriend Steve (Scott Weigner).

With the knowledge that D.J. is now a widowed mother of two who is soon to be expecting her third child, who asks her little sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and best friend Kimmy (Andrea Barber) to move in with her to help her raise her now fatherless kids, here are five things we hope to see when the new series premieres on Netflix next year:

'Full House' Revival Is In Talks

D.J. And Steve, Back Together For Good

The fact that D.J. is a widow has fans worried that she married Steve after all (since it seemed to hint they were going to be together again at the end of the show). Hopefully, the two only reunited for the night, and D.J. wound up marrying someone else (Viper and Nelson were also pretty big in her life). No offense to the other guy, who it's sad winds up dead, but Steve and D.J. were the early 90s version of endgame. If we don't see that at some point in the reboot it's going to feel like a waste of time.

Danny and Joey Happy With Loves Of Their Own

Though Uncle Jesse got to find some everlasting love on the original show, Danny and Joey both ended the series without a significant love interest. Though they both had some women come into their lives throughout the show's run (Danny even wound up engaged to Vicky at one point), they were both alone in the end. Seeing them both moving on with their lives, with a woman they loved by their sides would be a great way to bring them back into the show for guest appearances. (Neither Bob Saget or Dave Coulier have yet signed deals to return). If not that, the two are hopefully up to some revisitng some of their old college antics again.

Comet Somehow Defying Reality

Comet, the family's adorable Golden Retriever sadly has to have passed away by now (the dog that portrayed him passed in 1998)--but admittedly, it would be sweet to see the dog still alive and defying the odds. If he is of course gone (which will be likely), it'd be nice to see him memorialized in some way.

The Return Of The Katsopolis Family

We already know Uncle Jesse will come back here and there on the reboot (and we are super excited!) But will we also see Aunt Becky and Nicky and Alex? If we're given the chance to see some of the other mebers of the family all grown up, why not a still happily-married Jesse and Becky and grown-up Nicky and Alex? As of right now this possibility is up in the air, with Lori Loughlin saying she'll only come back if the money is fair, and Nicky and Alex would likely need to be recast, with Blake and Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit quitting acting soon after the show ended.

Yes, Grown Up Michelle Would Be An Ideal Addition Again As Well

The original show catapulted Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen into mega-stardom, and the two are a literal empire worth billions these days. Michelle was a pretty cute little kid, and seeing an adult version of her would be a nice treat. The question is whether the Olsen twins (who have since long given up acting) would sign on.
