It is quickly becoming common knowledge that Maya (Karla Mosley) has a huge secret on The Bold and the Beautiful, and as much as she wants to keep it contained and away from Rick (Jacob Young), the truth that she's transgender continues to threaten being revealed.

Nicole Shocks Wyatt

So far, the only people who know the actual secret are thankfully her younger sister, Nicole (Reign Edwards) and her ex-fiance, Carter (Lawrence St. Victor), who overheard them talking about it--but the fact that a secret exists was also presented to the scheming Spencer brothers, Liam (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks), when they also overheard Maya and Nicole talking.

As a result, Wyatt has been acting on Nicole's obvious attraction and feelings for him to try and coax her into spilling the secret-and after he pulled out all the stops to woo her on the Spencer jet with caviar and champagne, Carter will be concerned that the secret was revealed--and he will begin questioning Nicole about whether or not she spilled the truth to her new beau.

Rick Announces His Plans For A Future With Maya

"When you two were talking secrets, you didn't tell Wyatt about Maya, did you?" Carter asks in a preview clip for the Monday, April 27 episode.

Nicole likely didn't tell Wyatt the actual truth about her sister since they only just started dating, but even if she didn't reveal the whole secret, she did admit that whatever is being kept hidden has to do with Maya, and not Rick--and that has caused others at Forrester to begin investigating what's going on.

"There is a BIG secret at Forrester Creations," Pam (Alley Mills) tells Charlie (Dick Christie) in the clip. "And it's about Maya."

The two, who are known for their snooping and discovering shocking secrets and sordid details about everyone around them as a result, could start investigating their hunches as a result of their suspicions--and if they stumble across the truth, it could mean that Maya will be forced to come clean sooner than she ever expected.

 The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
