While Bobbi Kristina Brown's longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon is out of rehab, word is that he is still on the verge of depression as she remains in a rehab treatment facility.

His lawyer Randy "confirmed" that Gordon is out of rehab after nearly a month and living with his mother, Michelle Gordon.

A separate insider gave an update on his emotional state.

"He is very distraught over what is going on. He really wants to see her. He is upset about a lot of things: her being sick, him never getting respect [from her family]," they told People Magazine Tuesday.

It seems like Nick staying with his mother will help his own condition as Brown fights for her life. She was found unconscious in her bathtub in her Roswell, Ga. home on Jan. 31. Following that she was in a coma for nearly three months. On top of all of that, Nick was banned from visiting her in the hospital. Nick said that was all Brown needed to wake up; hearing his voice. He has gone in a back and forth with her father Bobby Brown, and said that her mother, Whitney Houston, would be livid if she knew that the family was keeping him away from Bobbi Kristina.

While Nick was in rehab, Bobby made a cryptic statement that his daughter was "awake" out of her coma. But her grandmother and Houston's mother, Cissy Houston, shut down those claims and said that Bobbi Kristina has suffered "irreversible brain damage" and remains in the same condition.
