Although Penelope Charlevoix may be faced with medical issues down the road, her Little Women: LA parents recently gave an update on her health, and by all accounts, she seems to be doing great.

“She doesn’t have any part of my dwarfism,” Gnoffo told Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday. “It’s all [Terra’s]. I’ve had a bunch of leg surgeries and scoliosis and stuff. We’re hoping that, because she’s just Terra’s type that she’ll be able to avoid that.”

“We don’t know in the future if she’s going to need leg surgery or back surgery. All of these things are very common with achondroplasia [a form of short-limbed dwarfism], but all we can do is give her the best life that she can have,” Jole added.

Jole and Gnoffo welcomed daughter Penelope on March 16, as cameras rolled for their Lifetime spinoff, Little Women: Terra's Little Family. Since the birth, the couple has continued to film their journey into parenthood for fans.

On the series premiere of the show, which aired on Lifetime last month, Gnoffo proposed to Jole, and she accepted.

Little Women: Terra's Little Family airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
