Here is all you need to know about the third and final presidential debate between President Barack Obama and his Republican competitor Gov. Mitt Romney:

The event will be held on Oct. 22 at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla., and will be moderated by NBC News correspondent Bob Schieffer.

The debate will be broadcasted at 9 p.m. Eastern Time, 8 p.m. Central Time, 7 p.m. Mountain Time and 6 p.m. Pacific Time. Television networks broadcasting the debate include ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, CNN, Fox News and MSNBC.

The discussions will focus on foreign policy. The following is a list of the specific topics that the candidates will speak about, announced by the Commission for Presidential Debates:

-America's role in the world

-Our longest war - Afghanistan and Pakistan

-Red Lines - Israel and Iran

-The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism - I

-The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism - II

-The Rise of China and Tomorrow's World

Similar to the formatting of the first presidential debate, the night will be broken into six segments of approximately 15 minutes each. The moderator will open each segment with a question that each candidate will have 2 minutes to respond to.

The death of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stephens and the Benghazi attack of a U.S. Consolate in Libya was brought up in the second debate and viewers can be sure that it will be highlighted more on Monday night.

ABC News noted that when asked if he would be open to one-on-one talks with Iran regarding their nuclear weapons, Romney declined to answer. Meanwhile, he said in a speech that Obama's foreign policy had "emboldened" Iran. Both parties, however, do agree on the fact that Iran must be stopped from obtaining nuclear weapons. Those discussions will also take place in the Monday night debate.
