The third Presidential Debate takes place on Monday night in what could be a make or break event for the presidential candidates, who are currently deadlocked in the latest polls. President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney will debate from 9 p.m. ET and the entire event can be watched online through live stream below on Enstarz.

Numerous polls over recent days have recorded Romney and Obama in a dead heat as both candidates push for votes with just two weeks left until the election on November 6.

Various other polls have either put Obama or Romney slightly ahead but on the whole the nationwide polls have suggested that the two candidates are tied. A few polls have suggested that in a number of key swing states Obama has the edge, but that could all change tonight as the candidates face off in front of tens of millions of Americans. With millions of voters still undecided or admitting that they could still change their minds on who to vote for, everything is still to play for, for these two White House candidates.

Television networks broadcasting the debate include ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, CNN, Fox News and MSNBC.

NBC's very own Bob Schieffer will moderate the debate between the two presidential candidates. The event will be held in Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla., and discussions for the night will focus on foreign policy. The following is a list of the specific topics that the candidates will speak about, announced by the Commission for Presidential Debates:

-America's role in the world
-Our longest war - Afghanistan and Pakistan
-Red Lines - Israel and Iran
-The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism - I
-The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism - II
-The Rise of China and Tomorrow's World

Similar to the formatting of the first presidential debate, the night will be broken into six segments of approximately 15 minutes each. The moderator will open each segment with a question that each candidate will have 2 minutes to respond to.

Obama and Romney have received both praise and criticism regarding their past debate performances.

Some analysts called the democrat's performance on Oct. 3 "lackluster and wondered what happened to the key pints of his Chicago-based campaign." He was said to have "fell victim...to high expectations, a short fuse and a hungry challenger."

In their second match-up, on Oct. 16, Romney's performance was called into question.

It’s all still to play for in the battle for the White House. Watch online the Presidential debate from 9 p.m. ET through live stream in the player below.
