Although the reality star and mother of two has previously been at war with The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kenya Moore and The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards, Glanville put their drama aside for Red Nose Day in Los Angeles.

"Red Nose Day is a television special and campaign that will raise funds for 12 charities supporting impoverished children," Perez Hilton reported on Friday. "The special will air May 21 on NBC, with A-listers like Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Will Farrell, Pharrell, and John Legend supporting a good cause. While Brandi, Kylie and Kenya won't be part of the TV special, they and other stars donned red noses to support it."

Although Red Nose Day won't air until later this month, the photos of the three women, in which Glanville, Moore and Richards were seen sporting red noses, were taken in January at NBCUniversal's 2015 Winter TCA Tour.

"Red Nose Day, the U.K.'s #1 television fundraising event, is coming to America in a spectacular live star-studded special Thursday, May 21 (8-11 p.m. ET) on NBC," the network's official show page announced. "NBC will televise the three-hour benefit - inspired and supported by Comic Relief U.K., the British charity behind Red Nose Day - featuring hilarious stand-up comedy, clever parodies, sketch comedy, incredible music performances from A-list artists and short, compelling films about the cause."
