A new report says that Ashley Olsen is apparently suffering from Lyme disease.

On Sunday, Canada Journal posted the details from OK USA where it was claimed that the fashion designing Olsen twin has been battling the illness for years and things seem to have gotten much worse.

"She's really sick," a source said.

"It's gotten worse," the insider continued. "She was diagnosed in the very late stages so early detection measures weren't options for her. She's really going through it."

It also appears that this disease is creating a negative impact on the 28-year-old's work environment.

"When she does come to work, she looks haggard and disheveled," the source said. "And she's often moody."

Olsen has yet to comment on these reports. She and her sister Mary-Kate are fashion gals although they were popular actresses when they were kids, one of their most popular gigs being the family sitcom Full House.

In an interview with Vogue UK, the girls talked about what it's like to work together on their clothing line.

"We've always worked together so it feels natural to us," Mary-Kate said. "To be able to have a sounding board and to trust the person who is your partner, is beneficial across all aspects of running a business."

Ashley's advice is to "listen to each other's ideas and opinions. It exposes you to other perspectives."
