Alicia Keys and her producer husband Swizz Beatz purchased Eddie Murphy's former home in Englewood, New Jersey for $12 million, according to a report from Mediatakeout today.

Keys and Beatz have been rumored to be negotiating a puchase for the house. The "Bubble Hill" is 25,000 square feet and situated on 3.9 acres. The mansion was sold for much less than its original sale price of $30 million, reports the New York Daily News.

The 7-bedroom mansion reportedly comes with a two-acre lot, has indoor and outdoor pools, marble fireplaces, spa and entertainment facilities such as a bowling alley, an art deco theatre and a private recording studio, according to the Daily News.

The house also has racquetball and tennis courts, a playground and a 5 car garage. It takes about 24 minutes to commute from Englewood, NJ to Midtown Manhattan.

Keys, 29 and Beatz, 32 have a son named Egypt Daoud Dean, now 2. The couple married in July in 2010.
