Rumor has it Blac Chyna plans to pull out the big guns in an upcoming custody battle with rapper Tyga.

That being Kylie Jenner. Apparently the former dancer is ready to ask a judge for full custody of their son, King Cairo, two. TMZ reported that she has already splurged on a divorce lawyer and is ready to officially file for primary physical custody of the child.

While there has been lots of drama in reports and on social media between 25-year-old Tyga and Blac Chyna over his relationship with Jenner, 17, it’s said that she isn’t the reason the mother wants her child full-time. It’s rather because she prefers for him not to have to go back and forth between her home and Tyga’s home when he starts preschool.

While Jenner isn’t the cause for Blac Chyna’s legal action, Blac Chyna allegedly wants to use Tyga’s romance with the minor as a tactic to persuade the judge rule in her favor. According to the site Blac Chyna hopes the controversial relationship will show that Tyga doesn’t make good decisions. She is also reluctant to have Jenner around King Cairo because she isn’t mature enough.

Interestingly enough, Tyga went for full custody when he and Blac Chyna first split last fall. But he pulled the plug on that and decided the two would share custody for the tot.

She’s also asking for child support so she can pay for food, clothes, a nanny, housing and school. TMZ caught up with Blac Chyna and she insisted that she doesn’t have any beef with Jenner or Tyga.
