Just months after his girlfriend, Abbey Wilson, welcomed twin girls, a federal judge has issued an arrest warrant for the Girls Gone Wild founder.

"Judge Fernando M. Olguin of the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Francis for failing to turn over two luxury cars to lawyers who sold the Girls Gone Wild name out of bankruptcy last year," the arrest warrant explained, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal on Tuesday. "Mr. Francis has previously said that he can’t return the vehicles, a 2007 Cadillac Escalade and a 2012 Bentley Flying Spur, because a strip-club owner in Mexico—angry that several Girls Gone Wild promotions fell through—took them."

According to a PEOPLE Magazine report on Wednesday, Francis filed for bankruptcy in 2013 after a casino owner allegedly attempted to gain control of his company, Girls Gone Wild, in order to pay off his reported $30 million in gambling debts.

In 2014, Girls Gone Wild was sold to new owners.

In Francis' latest Instagram post, the new dad shared a photo of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick at his home in Mexico, where celebrities including Mario Lopez and Jennifer Aniston are known to frequent.

Francis is believed to be living in Mexico.
