Monty Brinson's daughter, Brooke, is getting married tomorrow in Mexico.

However, because of his grim cancer diagnosis, the ex-husband of Kim Richards will not be able to attend. After opting out of the trip abroad, which doctors had ordered him to do, Brinson took to Instagram, where she posted a photo and sweet message for his daughter.

Kim Richards To Attend Brooke Brinson's Wedding Next Weekend

Last May, Brinson was given just months to live after being diagnosed with cancer. Since then, he has been living with Richards, of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and has been seen on the show on occasion.

"I would like to thank everyone for all the prayers this past year it's really helped me get through this fight, each of you have touched my heart, but I'm going to keep on fighting no giving up in me," Brinson wrote. After reading her uncle's post, Paris Hilton told Brinson, "Love you Uncle Monty! What a beautiful post Think & pray about you everyday. Stay strong, we love you!"

Brinson walked his daughter down the aisle when she first married Thayer Weiderhorn in August of last year. The wedding, which took place at Hilton's family home in Beverly Hills, was held so that Brinson could do so.
