On Friday, the Botched reality star took to his Instagram page to post a photo of himself as he stands next to Dr. Kahen, a surgeon in Los Angeles who apparently works with hair implants. Even though Alves already has a head full of hair, it appears that he's looking into making some big changes for his 'do.

Human Ken Doll Justin Jedlica Reveals What Turns His Husband On
The cosmetic procedure celebrity previously mentioned that he's gotten plenty of surgeries in the past and how he'll probably never stop getting them done.
"It's a long process," the man told Daily Mail. "It is long-term maintenance. Once you start, it is difficult to stop. Naturally I'm a perfectionist. It's like a snowball effect and I'm not going to stop. It doesn't define the man I am- I'm much more than silicone and cosmetic surgery- but one you get started, it's difficult to stop."
According to the site, Alves first went under the knife in 2004 when he was studying in London and had difficulties fitting in with friends. He is now a major celeb with more than 33,000 followers on Instagram.
