While many people chose to be monsters, action figures and cartoon characters for Halloween, Ellen DeGeneres became Sofia Vergera, the Columbian actress and stunner.

The TV host dolled up as Vergera on her show Thursday, looking almost identical to how the "Modern Family" actress did at the Emmy Awards in September. DeGeneres even added the wardrobe malfunction that Vergara experienced that night. The costume included an a copy of Vergara's ample chest, am exposed rear end and her long brown locks.

DeGeneres opened up the show wearing the costume, as her audience cheered her on clapping and screaming.

"Muchas Gracias everybody, Muchas Gracias," she said in an Spanish accent similar to the one that Vergara has. "Hola my name is Sofia Vergara and I am breezy, easy beautiful cover girl from Colombia. Happy halloweeeeen."

The TV host tried to mimic the accent of Vergara, later calling it "fake" by saying, "It so hard being beautiful... I get so much work with this fake accent."

The real Vergara then walked on the set looking quite angry as DeGeneres called her chest pumpkins. Vergara said a couple of words in Spanish to the TV host before speaking out in English.

"As you can see I brought my pumpkins out," the TV host said.

"You look ridiculous! Your a** looks huge!" Vergara said.

DeGeneres' act died out later on in the show, and Vergara joked around by trying to teach the host some Spanish.

During the 64th annual Emmy awards, Vergara had a serious and revealing wardrobe malfunction. Vergara's curvaceous body was apparently too much for the stunning sequence gown she wore - the zipper of her dress broke, revealing the star's behind.

The malfunction happened right before she appeared on stage to accept the award for best comedy series with her "Modern Family" cast members.
