He's the reason they landed in some hot water and are now fighting to keep their positions at Forrester, but Eric (John McCook) and Rick (Jacob Young) will feel they have no choice but to try and get Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) on their side in the fight for control at Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful.

The Plan For A Hostile Takeover Is Renewed

After Bill published the truth about Maya (Karla Mosley) being transgender, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) seized on the opportunity to get the morality clause invoked on Rick's contract as CEO, only to be shocked when Eric chose to still stand behind and support his younger son and let him remain in the position. Now, that move is costing him big time, as Ridge teams up with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam (Scott Clifton) in a bid to take over Forrester once and for all.

However, Rick and Eric realized that Liam may be jumping into things too quickly, claiming he has control over the Spencer shares in the company when he doesn't--meaning an appeal to Bill and getting him on their side could swing the majority of the stockholders vote back in their direction--securing their positions for good.

The Battle For Forrester Heats Up

However, before presenting an offer to Bill, Rick will make sure he is heard about how enraged he still is that Bill outed Maya's past in a humiliating way.

"You know, I'm gonna have to give you a binky if you're going to have a little temper tantrum right in my office," Bill says to Rick in a preview clip for the Tuesday, June 2 episode.

"How the hell could you do that to Maya?" Rick demands in reply. "That was her story to tell, if and she wanted to tell it. You had no right."

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
