Many news outlets have declared the Presidential race "too close to call" as NBC confirms that GOP Republican Candidate has a slight edge over President Obama with 174 to 162 in electoral votes. It takes 270 electoral votes to win the high seat at the White House.

Fox News projected battleground wins on Tuesday night for President Obama, and announced Pennsylvania as his biggest prize yet. The president also walked away with a win in the swing states of New Hampshire, Wisconsin and Michigan.

Romney was projected winner in Utah, Montana, Texas, Louisiana, Kansas, North Dakota, Wyoming, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, West Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Indiana and Kentucky.

Although the rest of the big swing states have closed their polls, Nevada, Iowa, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, Virginia and North Carolina, are all too close to call.

Fox News reported that Romney will win at least four of the five electoral votes in Nebraska.

Obama is also projected to win his home state of Illinois, Iowa, New York, Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont and the District of Columbia.

Obama will also win three of Maine's four electoral votes, according to Fox News.

The razor-thin edge race to the oval office could mean a long night for America to figure out who the next president will be.

Losing the race for Obama, this election will be the last time his name will appear on a presidential ballot and for Romney; this vote will mark the close of a nearly six-year run for the presidency.

The final hours of the breath taking 2012 presidential race has mega-rallies across a half dozen states.
