Doctor Who's Peter Capaldi will reunite with a The Thick of It costar when the Zygons return.

'Doctor Who' Season 9: Steven Moffat Feels Guilty For Time War Band-Aid, Will Viewers Forgive Him?

Twelve (Capaldi) and Clara (Jenna Louise Coleman) will run into The Thick of It's Rebecca Front during season 9's seventh and eighth episodes. Formerly accustomed to Malcolm Tucker's (Capaldi) barrage of profanities, Front will now have to deal with the Time Lord's alien debacles.

The powers that be confirmed Front's involvement on Friday, but the BBC is keeping the guest star's actual role under lock and key.

Episodes 7 and 8 will be penned by Peter Harness and will feature the return of the Zygons. Known for their ability to morph into whom ever they so choose, the Zygons were last seen during "The Day of the Doctor." When the aliens' reappearance causes UNIT to enter the picture in season 9, Kate Stewart (Jemma Redgrave) and the seemingly deceased Osgood (Ingrid Oliver) will arrive on the scene.
