Kim Richards In Rehab For Mental Issues -- Not Addiction

Richards was arrested in April at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she reportedly became beligerient, and was asked to leave the area after becoming a disruption to other guests. When she refused, police were called, and she was charged with trespassing, public intoxication, resisting an officer and battery on an officer.

“The RHOBH producers really have no interest in bringing her back to the show," a source told Us Weekly on Thursday. "Kim needs to get help and it needs to happen outside of the show.”

“There’s no interest in putting her back on television unless she’s addressed her issues," the source continued. "The show didn’t trigger her addiction — and her recovery also needs to happen outside of it.”
