It looks like there's going to be an ugly battle on Suits when Harvey is put in his place.

On Saturday, a new promo was released for the fifth season when Donna tells Harvey that she's doing what is best for her. He doesn't have a problem with that even though it just seems like he doesn't want their history to get in the way of his work- so he tells her to clean out her desk and start working for Louis now.

And to some people's surprise, Donna actually does it. She tells her new boss that she's going to be working for him and he sounds shocked yet pretty excited.

But it gets worse for Harvey since he's told that he's been dropping the ball. And not only that, but Louis walks right up to him to tell him that he just won the game by getting Donna and becoming partner. But is Harvey going to let things end that way?

That remains the mystery as things continue to change on the USA drama. Secrets are about to be exposed with some juicy storylines added in.

According to executive producer Aaron Korsh, the relationship between Harvey and Donna is obviously going to have its problems as they face the end of their romance.

"I don't think [Harvey] quite understands yet the impact of how he treated her," Korsh told TV Guide. "I think he does appreciate her on certain levels. He's very good to her. It's a complicated situation. If you were to look at it like a break-up, when it happens, you go through different phases of getting through it."

Suits Season 5 premieres on Wednesday, June 24 at 9 p.m. ET on USA.
