Project CARS developer Slightly Mad Studios has announced "Project CARS On Demand", a service that allows fans to pick and choose content in the future without being locked into a pre-paid plan.

Destiny Glitch Makes Player Rack Up 87 Multiplayer Kills In Just Seconds

Many modern games offer a "season pass" for downloadable content, asking players to pay a certain amount at the start to unlock a string of future content releases. These are often somewhere in the region of $20 to $40, and often don't let the player know what exactly they'll be getting for that price--the announcements and details come when each DLC is close to release.

Slightly Mad Studios wants players to pick and choose the cars and tracks they want on an individual basis, à la carte rather than tied to one package. Project CARS On Demand has a section on the studio's site now, explaining the feature. It's an admirable offering, because as with most developers, Slightly Mad could likely make a strong profit off a more general season pass.
