Nicki Minaj isn’t going to let her ex Safaree Samuels spill the juicy details of their former relationship without adding in her side.

The "Moment 4 Life" rapper took to her Twitter Wednesday, just hours after a snippet of Samuels’ new song "Love The Most" was released, and responded to his claims that she cheated, looked down on him and even had issues with drug abuse.

After sending off a warning to Samuels, she made it plain that he was simply getting retaliation from God after Samuels cheated on her. She then reminded him that she is the reason he’s famous.

But she didn’t end there. She added that she allowed him to take advantage of her because God made her such a compassionate person. She went on to wish him nothing but the best before calling him out for wanting sympathy.

Nicki, who stars in the upcoming film Barbershop 3 let fans know that despite the very public split, she is still in a good place. While she made it clear it’s not because of her new beau Meek Mill, she did add that she is very much in love with him. And because of that, she was able to end her rant smiling.

She also went on to commend herself and Samuels for being able to last 12 years. She tweeted that while things did not end on the best terms, they had many good times.

Samuels hasn’t responded to Nicki’s tweets but he did write on his own page that the sample of the song was leaked. It looks like it was part of his upcoming mixtape It Is What It Is.
