Her lawyer spoke with People magazine Wednesday to set the record straight.

“Back in December before Teresa went to prison on Jan, 5, she and I met with attorneys from the U.S. Attorney’s office in Newark, as well as investigators from the U.S. Attorney’s Financial Litigation Unit.”

He added that during that meeting, they decided how Giudice would pay her debt, so there is no reason for federal agents to come and take hold of her valuables. While he didn’t say exactly how she planned to settle the issue, her husband Joe Giudice and their daughters could be returning to the small screen soon.

“Bravo is in talks with Joe Giudice to film him taking care of their four daughters while she serves her prison sentence.”

Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in prison but will be released before the holidays. After that, she’ll be put on house arrest until the end of her sentence. Joe will begin his sentence which was a little more than three years after Teresa’s is complete. It’s been said he could get deported after serving his time.
