Now in new reports she also has been ordered to pay 25 percent of the earnings she received from the network for her role in the reality series. According to the Associated Press Tuesday, she also has to hand over her 2005 Maserati.

This is all to help her pay down what she and her husband Joe owe the federal government. It adds up to $415,589. But that’s the not all the government will receive.

Documents submitted to the U.S. Attorney’s Office also reveal the government will take half of the rent from the rental property the Giudice’s enjoy in Lincoln Park, N.J. Still, this is nothing new to Teresa. In fact the reality star agreed upon this back in December before she even turned herself in to begin her sentence. She and her husband, Joe Giudice, were both sentenced after they pleaded guilty for their involvement in bankruptcy fraud, mortgage fraud and other similar charges.

Teresa’s lawyer, James Leonard, Jr. has been defending her since she checked into jail back in January. He cleared up some of the speculation with Us Weekly concerning her debt earlier this month.

“We are in good standing with the government. The debt is now under $200,000. All the debts will be paid in full. There has been nothing new seized from the home and nothing will be seized from them.”
