Kristen Taekman has reportedly been fired from The Real Housewives of New York City.

According to a new report, the reality star and close friend of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville, will be leaving the show after just two seasons.

“Kristen will probably not be invited back to the show because she doesn’t fit in and her story line is stale,” an insider revealed to Page Six on Monday.

The insider claimed that while Taekman's return to The Real Housewives of New York City was never certain, her feud with Bethenny Frankel, who returned to the show for season 7 after a three-season hiatus, didn't help her case.

“It will be the nail in Kristen’s coffin," the insider explained. "Bethenny wants her off the show. She is now the anchor. Kristen is likely departing.”

In addition, there will be plenty of drama during the upcoming finale episode between the cast and LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer.

“LuAnn brought home a stranger during the cast trip, which caused a huge fight with everyone.
Ramona brought a guy home as well,” the insider said.

Added a second insider, “It was Ramona who brought a guy home, not LuAnn. That led to a big fight. Anyway, they are all single.”

“LuAnn kept telling everyone, ‘Be cool. Don’t be all, like, uncool,'" the source continued.
