It's been a pretty difficult time for Tiger Woods in his personal and professional life, but that might change soon.

Did Lindsey Vonn Throw Shade At Tiger Woods?

On Wednesday, USA Today posted an interview with the iconic golfer who hasn't been doing so hot in his latest tournaments. The site mentioned he had a missed cut in the U.S. Open along with some other troubles. So he ended up taking a trip to the Bahamas with his two kids, which could've helped give him some ease before he tries competing again.

Despite whatever he may be going through, Woods told reporters that he's been practicing for Thursday's Greenbrier Classic in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.

"I made a little bit of progress since last time I played. Obviously (that's) not really saying much, but I'm looking forward to tomorrow," the golfer said. "Really looking forward to competing again and getting out here and playing."

Woods admitted that it was nice to have a brief getaway with his kids after his disappointing moments in the U.S. Open.

"I didn't touch a club for a while (after the U.S. Open)," he said. "Took my kids down to Albany, and we were down diving in the water every day all day pretty much. It was nice to have a summer break with them like that, especially after the way I played."

It's a possibility that the reason for Woods' rough games is due to the fact that he and Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn ended their relationship just a couple months ago. Only time will tell how he does in the next tournament.
