This is a rough week for boy band members it seems!

Earlier this week up-and-coming Scottish boy band Rewind was on a flight from Stansted, Essex, to their native Glasgow on Wednesday. The Sun reported that four of the five members made it onto the plane while member James McElvar had issues about checking his luggage.

They flew with easyJet and McElvar came into an issue with baggage check since he didn't want to pay an extra fee. So he decided to put on all of his clothes to avoid paying an extra fee.

The singer put on 12 layers of clothes between six tees, five sweaters, three pairs of jeans, two pairs of sweat pants, two jackets, two hats aside from what he was wearing when he arrived at the airport.

Once aboard the flight he began to feel ill. The heat exhaustion hit him hard! "I thought I was a goner and that I was having a heart attack," he said.

MailOnline reported that McElvar was moved to the back of the plane. He violently puked, was moved again and then passed out. An off-duty paramedic on the flight took care of him until the plane landed and he was taken away in an ambulance.

"It was a nightmare," McElvar noted of the experience.

The band tweeted later on that McElvar was doing better.

On Friday the band tweeted that it had been "quite a dramatic few days," between McElvar's situation on the plane and other band members winding up in not-so-great situations.

We're just happy to hear they're all relatively okay.
