Couldn't make the parade honoring the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team's victory in the world cup today? We get it. It was all the way in New York City, in Manhattan's "Canyon of Heroes" to be exact.

The champion players, who beat Japan with stunning 5-2 victory last Sunday, paraded up from lower Manhattan to City Hall, where they were honored by Mayor Bill de Blasio with keys to the city. It was the first ticker tape parade thrown for a female sports team EVER.
