On Friday, Cavallari took to Instagram to share a photo of herself from the belly down as she wears a black sweater with white shorts. As she bares her legs and fancy jewelry, she noted in the caption that she is dressing up for her baby bump.

The former Hills star's followers sent her plenty of comments although the thing that seems to interest them the most is what she's wearing on her feet.

Cavallari and her football athlete husband are currently parents to their two sons, Camden, 2, and Jaxon, 1.

The reality star will likely deliver her first daughter into the world sometime this fall. She announced that she and her husband were having a girl in a creative photo where she has her hands on her husband's shoulders and holds pink shoes in a black and white shot.
