Tamra Barney's son, Ryan Vieth, was not charged for his alleged altercation with wife Sarah Rodriguez last month.

Last week, it was reported that Vieth had allegedly assaulted Rodriguez, however, according to a report by LALATE on Monday, no charges were filed against him, and there is no pending case in regard to the dispute.

"Ryan was arrested on June 28, taken into custody, and released the same day on $0.00 bail," LALATE reported. And, according to official court records, "There is no case pending for Ryan for any matter this year. Ryan had a 2010 case with Kelley V Vieth which is since closed. But Ryan’s only issue is driving. He has fourteen tickets since 2008, three in 2013, and one last year."

Prior reports revealed Vieth's wife had called 911 from a neighbor's home, and alleged her finger may have been broken after Vieth reportedly hit and pushed her.

“It’s unfortunate and I’m not happy with either one of them," Barney told Radar Online of the incident. "The reason they got into a fight wasn’t his fault, but he’s trying his hardest to work things out for their daughter.”

Barney also spoke of the incident on her Instagram page.

“There are Two sides to every story! What radar onLie didn’t report was: everything was DISMISSED. No CHARGES No violence No injuries. They are still together going through counseling with pastor Mike. They are very hurt that someone would tip off the press and give quotes that are not true.
