Samuels clapped back at Meek by pointing out that Nicki Minaj still contacts him.
“Show him the email you sent me on my birthday.” He then called her out for "not moving on."

But Nicki wanted to make it clear that that’s absolutely not the case. She had a few words of her own for her ex via Twitter on Wednesday.

Safaree Samuels has also responded to rapper Meek Mill’s claims that he is possibly homosexual after a vintage video of Samuels twerking hit the Internet. Meek, who is currently dating Samuels’ ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj, shocked fans and even other celebrities when he went on a rampage via Twitter Tuesday and Samuels got caught up in the crossfire. Meek laughed at the video of a then 17-year-old Samuels and said he always thought Samuels was homosexual. And the clip seemed to confirm it for him. Well now, insiders close to the aspiring rapper told TMZ that Samuels is not gay. They then explained the twerking moves and pointed out that Samuels is of Jamaican descent. Samuels was competing in a dance battle in the clip. They also told the site that Samuels wants Meek to focus on Nikki, not his dancing skills.They confirmed that he still hears from Nicki every once in awhile. See the now infamous video of Samuels below. Nicki and Samuels dated for over 10 years before calling it quits. She began dating Meek shortly after.
