What's the current status on Reign coming in with a fourth season or not?

'Reign' Actor Gives Update On Filming Remaining Episodes Of Third Season

That still remains a mystery as the show finishes up its third season for the next few months. And based on Tuesday's report from TV By The Numbers, the chances of the show being renewed are pretty much 50/50.

As of now, the royal drama is at a 'tossup between renewal and cancellation by May 2016.' With 0.3 in the 18-49 rating, the odds aren't great, but they're not terrible either. Jane the Virgin also lies in the same category as a potential to be renewed or canceled.

Is 'Reign' Likely To Be Canceled After Third Season?

Unfortunately, one of the current shows on The CW that stands little chance of being renewed is Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. This might come as a surprise for some since the show's leading actress Rachel Bloom just won the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series- Comedy.

Luckily for these other TV shows, here are the ones that fans can likely expect to stick around for another year: Supernatural, The Flash, The Originals, iZombie, Arrow and The Vampire Diaries.

As for the storyline of Reign's continuing third season, Adelaide Kane (Mary) previously told The Reel Spin that things are about to change.

"It's going to be a whole new world, it's gonna be new people and cast," Kane revealed. "We're going to keep the court in England, and we're going to keep the court in France as well. It's going to end up being a three pronged show...bigger and badder than ever."

Reign airs on Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
