Melanie Brown, more commonly known as Mel B and Scary Spice, recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Friday to promote the new season of America's Got Talent, which she is a judge for.

It turns out Mel B's 16-year-old daughter is a main cheerleader for hoping a reunion will happen.

"She's been like the champion of this," she said, adding, "Like, 'Mum, you girls have to do Coachella.'"

Mel B doesn't understand why it has to be that music festival, but she reckons her daughter just wants an in for herself and her friends there.

"But I want us to get back together," Mel B assured Fallon, adding, "I think we should. It's been 20 years. It's about time."

She even reflected on the success of the smash single "Wannabe" that catapulted the group into stardom.

The group briefly carried on after Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) left in May 1998 before taking an indefinite hiatus in 2000. They reunited in 2007 and 2008 for a reunion tour and then again in 2012 at the closing ceremony for the Summer Olympics.
