Chris Evan's younger brother Scott Evans was reportedly busted Tuesday evening during an attempt to buy drugs from an undercover LAPD cop. The 29-year-old actor was allegedly trying to buy drugs from the officer who was posing as a drug dealer, according to TMZ. It is not clear which narcotics Evans tried to buy.

Evans, who is ironically best known for his role as police officer 'Oliver Fish' on ABC daytime soap 'One Life to Live,' was arrested at 6pm before being bailed at midnight.

This morning, the actor wrote on his Facebook regarding his arrest: "Most ridiculous night of my life in LA so far. At least I made it a year before getting arrested."

Although not as successful as Chris Evans, who starred in 'Captain America: The First Avenger,' Scott has briefly appeared in 'Guiding Light' as Trey in 2008 and guest-starred in 'Law and Order: Criminal Intent' that same year. He also appeared in the 2009 film 'Confessions of a Shopaholic' as Chad the Mail Clerk.

Chris Evans, 31, has appeared in several superhero roles, such as Johnny Storm/ Human torch in Fantastic Four and as Steve Rogers/ Captain America in Captain America: The First Avenger. He has been linked to Minka Kelly since August.

The pair have been romantically linked back in 2007 before Kelly started dating baseball star Derek Jeter.

Chris briefly dated supermodel Gisele Bundchen in 2006. He described his perfect girl in a Details magazine interview last year as someone who can "give me a hard time (and) bust my chops a little" and will wear wet hair, sweatpants, sneakers and ponytails. In the May 2012 issue of Details magazine, Evans' mother revealed that it had been six years since he brought a woman home to Boston to meet his family.
