Last week, Foster shared an exciting message with fans on Instagram.

"Turn a mess into a message....... We might have hit the jackpot by finding all this silicone from a 20 year old implant rupture through ultrasound mapping as shown in this selfie," she wrote. "Thank you Dr.Feng for holding my hand and leading the way #UncoveringTheMystery #ChronicLymeDisease #ExPlantSurgery @drfengclinic #MyHealthJourney #DeterminedToFindACure."

Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, and has searched the globe for a cure in the years since. Most recently, the reality star was in Ohio, where doctors chose to remove her implants due to the leak.

Yolanda Foster is expected to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in a reduced role for the series' upcoming sixth season. The series does not yet have a premiere date set in stone.
