Peter Thomas and Cynthia Bailey of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta still can’t seem to catch a break when it comes to their money woes.

The couple, who just celebrated their five-year wedding anniversary recently, is said to be having trouble when it comes to Thomas’s sports bar, Bar One. Apparently he went so many months without paying rent on the venue that he’s at risk of losing it altogether!

Reality Tea reported Friday that he could be evicted. They owed $1,869 at one point after the couple moved last year. Their relocation forced them to push back the grand opening to January of this year. However, that has yet to happen. The reality stars have instead been spending months on renovation but still need more money for it to be fully operated.

But all hope is not lost. Thomas paid $1,500 for June’s rent along with an additional $250 in late fees and $119 for court fees so he can keep the place. But only to prevent even more fees considering he’s reconstructing the building. So to get evicted during renovations would make it difficult to resell and even use. Plus, Thomas has a master plan to officially open the doors this fall.

He updated fans via Instagram on when they can expect it to be open.

Still, Thomas isn’t completely out of businesses. Him and Kordell Stewart (who once starred in the show when he was married to Porsha Williams) own a Sports One bar in Charlotte, N.C. That business seems to be doing well after its grand opening aired on the series last season.
