Although Corey has been criticised on Twitter and Facebook for filing for full custody of his twins with Leah Messer, the Teen Mom 2 star's father, Jeff, spoke out on Twitter on Sunday, revealing Corey has his priorities straight when it comes to his little girls.

Simms and Messer have been in a legal battle over their children for the last several months, and while there wasn't much changed at their most recent court date, as seen on Teen Mom 2 season six, Corey could be given more time with the girls in the near future.

Although Messer was able to convince the judge during her latest hearing that she was not "unfit," nor was she on drugs (aside from her pain medication for headaches, of course), Corey told his father and step-mother in a deleted scene (seen below) that a judge needed her to improve on her parental duties, including getting the children to school on time, and Ali to her physical therapy appointments.
