Tom Brady has won his appeal and avoided being suspended as a result of "deflategate," but is his marriage to Gisele Bundchen coming to an end.

This week, several reports have claimed the couple's relationship has become strained, causing them to spend their summer birthdays apart.

“Tom’s become very nasty and irritable and started acting out on her,” a source told Us Weekly of the pair on Wednesay, claiming Bundchen recently met with a divorce lawyer. “Tom thinks it’s only a threat, but this is definitely a rough patch. This are very tense right now. This could be the end of them.”

Married since February 2009, Brady and Bundchen are parents to two children, son Benjamin, 5, and daughter Vivian, 2. Brady also has a third child, son John, 8, with former girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

Accoring to a second source, who spoke to Entertainment Tonight, Brady and Bundchen "are doing better than ever and are very much in love."

Still, a third source confirmed to the same site that the couple goes through "a rocky point every fall" due to the start of Brady's football season.

"When football season starts, he only thinks about football and the family takes a backseat," the source said. "Gisele likes everything to be done her way, and on her timeline."

Meanwhile, an E! News source said the pair were not headed for divorce.

In other Brady news, a judge has nullified a four-game suspension he had previously received due to allegations of his having purposefully deflated footballs during last year's AFC Championship game.
