The guys of One Direction constantly seem to cause unintentional physical harm to themselves while touring between falling on stage, slipping on stage and more.

While in Canada over the weekend, the British-Irish boy band played to a crowd in Montreal on Saturday, but Niall Horan happened to be sporting an air boot on his right foot on stage.

His bandmate Louis Tomlinson asked him about the injury, which a fan captured on video that can be watched below.

The injured 1D member claims he doesn't know how he managed to fracture his foot. He just knows he woke up in an unbelievable amount of pain and prior to playing in Montreal he went for an X-ray, which led to the diagnosis of his foot being fractured.

Horan couldn't even dance around during "Act My Age" like he usually does so he just flailed his arms around a lot.

Since the show, he has shared a photo of his air boot off and his fractured foot "chilling".

Considering he fractured his foot he must have been told to stay off of it whenever possible.

The 1D member has quite the humor about fracturing his foot. Earlier today he showed off his "left shoe brigade" since he can only currently wear the left shoe from all his pairs of shoes.

The band's tour continues tonight, Sept. 8, in Ottawa.
