Is there a secret behind The View controversy that the judges don't want anyone to know?

Nurse Says An Apology Should Be Given For 'The View's' 'Stethoscope' Comment

Earlier this week, Michelle Collins and Joy Behar made a comment about a Miss America contestant who wore a nurse's uniform during a monologue, which caused the public to speak out.

Collins had said, "She came out in a nurse's uniform and basically read her emails out loud and shockingly did not win." This is when Behar chimed in with, "Why does she have a doctor's stethoscope on?"

Michelle Collins Reveals Three Guest Stars Set To Appear On 'The View'

In a later episode, both Collins and Behar admitted that they "love nurses" and things simply got "misconstrued." But as it turns out, they may have apologized only because they felt like they had to.

YouTube celebrity Nicole Arbour, who's been making headlines ever since she posted a 'Dear Fat People' video, told SiriusXM's Opie and Jim Norton that she saw the co-hosts talking about their so-called apology, according to Saturday's report from People.

"Backstage, I heard the girls being like, 'Oh yeah, our nurse jokes didn't go over well so we have to apologize because they're tweeting so much," Arbour said. "And I'm like, 'Y'all are p---ies.' See, I can sit in my jokes and be like, yeah, I made them, I think it's funny. Whatever. But they go on there and make a fake apology. When the cameras weren't rolling, Michelle [Collins] was like, 'Yeah, that's not a real profession. They're wannabee doctors.'"
